IntelliTurf Franchise prides itself on the training program we have in place for our franchisees. Built in conjunction with the most experienced consulting group in franchising, IntelliTurf’s system is intended to educate and build confidence.

Marketing and Operations- 1 week at our place

While you will also get exposure right from the start on our construction methods, most of your first week of training will bring you up to speed on our marketing and operations programs. This training occurs at our corporate headquarters where you will be guided through our way of doing business. Here you will get the inside knowledge about how we go about letting your community and territory know you are in business. Turf education is done at the factory with experienced personnel guiding you through each step of the process. Operations and all of our business procedures are covered so that you understand how we manage the business from receiving a lead to maintaining the installed surfaces.

Construction and Installation Training- 1 week at your place

Unique to IntelliTurf is our training program for installation that takes place in your territory. We help you build your very first installation which most franchise owners will use as their demonstration facility. This installation will occur prior to your grand opening and assist you in your marketing efforts.

Ongoing training- varies as needed

No business owner ever knows it all and many companies have turnover for a variety of reasons. Our system is built for the long haul and we offer you and your staff training options from sales, marketing, operations and installation throughout the life of our agreement.
