IntelliTurf Franchise candidates are required to have a minimum net worth of $250,000.  The initial investment range for and IntelliTurf Franchise is $45,000 to $125,000.

Franchise Fee: $20,000

Royalty Fee: $0.60 per square feet of turf ordered

Marketing Fee: 2% of revenue
